Choosing with the right information
Check the listing for materials, dimensions, intended use and any warnings. Not every collectible is a toy: follow the manufacturer’s guidance, including age restrictions. Before orders open, we will complete the required information on product identification, the manufacturer, any EU responsible person and safety.
Caring for artworks
Check the individual listing for materials, fragility, cleaning and display guidance. If a detail is missing, ask us: do not apply treatments or detergents based on generic advice.
Reporting a safety issue
Email social.sidewalkartgallery@gmail.com with the product name or code and a description of the issue. If there may be a hazard, stop using the product until the issue has been clarified.
