Delivery within the European Union
Online sales are planned for 2027, with delivery to European Union countries. The planned delivery contribution is €3.99 per order, or €6.99 for islands. Delivery is free when the product subtotal exceeds €99, including islands. Switzerland, the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries are not included.
Already made or ordered from suppliers
The handmade works are already made; their actual availability in Sidewalk stock will be checked before sales open. Pieces held in stock are planned for dispatch within 24–36 hours. Items marked “To order” must first arrive from the supplier: they are not already in our stock.
Dispatch and delivery are different stages
Dispatch is when the parcel leaves Sidewalk; delivery is when it reaches you. For supplier-order items, preparation also includes sourcing the piece and checking it on arrival. The dispatch estimate and delivery time to your destination will be shown before payment. A catalogue listing alone does not guarantee availability or reserve a piece.
Mixed orders and delivery estimates
For an order combining ready-made works and supplier-order items, we will explain before payment whether delivery will be combined or split, with the relevant timings and costs. Any bag estimate is indicative: the total will require a check of the full address and supported territories.
